Strategic Club Solutions (SCS) is thrilled to announce the addition of Jeffery Murray, CCM, CAM, FMP to our team as a Senior Club and Community Consultant. Jeff brings over three decades of extensive experience in hospitality and club management, specializing in private club operations at both for-profit and non-profit private clubs and communities.
With a proven track record in leading diverse teams and driving organizational excellence, Jeff’s leadership style fosters high-performing teams dedicated to delivering exceptional member experiences. Throughout his career, Jeff has successfully managed multiple properties, overseeing organizations with over 400 employees, multiple campuses, and various outlets. His strategic leadership has consistently resulted in increased membership, revenue growth, and elevated service levels. Notably, at Bishops Bay Country Club in Middleton, Wisconsin, Jeff transformed the smallest club in the Madison area into the largest, achieving a four-year waitlist, almost tripling revenue, and executing over $21 million in capital projects. Jeff’s core competencies include private country club operations, strategic planning, food and beverage management, executive recruiting and placement, capital project oversight, and start-up construction management. His expertise extends to family-focused programming, governance structure optimization, and facility master planning, always with an emphasis on innovation and member service excellence.
