Michelle Cocita is a dynamic professional with over two decades of experience spanning diverse industries and roles. She brings a rich blend of creativity, strategic vision, and a passion for fostering organizational excellence. Throughout her career, Michelle has excelled in leading high-performing teams, inspiring collaboration, and driving innovative solutions. Michelle's career highlights include The Walt Disney Company, Charlotte Country Club, and the unique opportunity to be part of the opening team for the Florida Hospital Innovation Lab, a pioneering problem-solving lab utilizing Design Thinking to create sustainable healthcare solutions.

As a key member of SCS, Michelle specializes in transforming and strengthening private clubs through effective and efficient project management, team retention, and leadership development with thoughtful, client-specific strategies. Among many contributions to SCS’s client success, she drives a human-centric approach to SCS' TruFit Executive Search and delivers comprehensive strategic plan reporting to support organizational success.

A dedicated CMAA member, Michelle has held several leadership roles, including serving as the Carolinas CMAA Student Development Chair and a Mentor in the Carolinas Mentorship Program. She has also completed two terms on the CMAA National Communications Committee and the Executive of the Year Committee. Currently, Michelle serves on the OVC CMAA Board of Directors and the 2025 Advisory Council of Fierce and Fearless.

When not leading impactful initiatives, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, Tybee. An explorer at heart, she seeks to balance her professional endeavors with personal passions, finding inspiration in her work and the world around her - which often includes hiking, reading, and traveling.
