Thank you to you and your staff for being incredible partners the last few years. It was a pleasure to learn what best-in-class management looks like. You were a phenomenal resource through this entire chapter in the club’s history and I think we are all grateful you came into our lives when you did.

The SCS team helped us get the ball rolling on a much needed alignment step for our board. The process was collaborative and inspiring. We are very happy all around as the final product was creative and gave us clarity on marketing, talking to prospective new members, and even perspective for new capital investments.

Our Senior Staff Retreat was a transformative experience for our leadership team. The retreat was a valuable opportunity to strengthen our club’s culture and focus on leadership development. The strategic coaching and management training we received has significantly impacted our operations, providing us with practical tools to enhance collaboration, boost staff engagement, and ensure long-term success within our organization.

I just wanted to express my gratitude for our Controller search.  I appreciate the professionalism throughout and it was a very smooth process.  Thank you all, especially Rob and Michelle for getting all of the candidates sourced and working with me throughout the process.

Thank you for all your assistance in helping the Union League Club in finding and selecting a new Chief Financial Officer.   We had the pleasure of working with John Scharer and he was very thorough. John helped us determine the information to share with the candidates and worked with us on the timing.   After narrowing down the field to 9 very good candidates we were able to identify a couple that would fit our team.   It was our pleasure to select our next CFO through your process.  Thank you again and we will look forward to working with SCS again in the future.
