years an Award-Winning Club Industry Consultant and Trainer, Joyce Halama, CCM specializes in
overall club management.

Directors, she has led teams to achieve exceptional results transforming the overall hospitality
operational experience, growing overall club financial results and food and beverage experiences
whether ala carte, catering or club events.

of customer service to her training and consulting work and has a particular interest in helping club

In Joyce’s spare time, she truly enjoys working the major golf events such as The Masters, Augusta
National Women’s Amateur, Ryder Cup and other large-scale events such as Academy of Country
